Founder and Instructor
He graduated as a PADI Diving Instructor in the United States in August of 1996, being one of the first Portuguese instructors of PADI. He started EML in October of that year, first at Saldanha later at his own facility near Rat's Square. EML has certified several thousand divers, helping to increase the popularity of the PADI training system in Portugal.
